We could not be happier with Maggies professional and TIMELY approach to selling our home and closing on our new one. We made sure to use Maggie, as she originally saved us a ton of money on a vacant piece of land, by suggesting we have bore samples done on it. The samples revealed the property would need to be de-mucked. She got us out of the contract and also was able to get our deposit back :)

About 6 months later, we found a home we really liked and felt there would be no way to secure it in time as we hadn't even listed the home we were in. Maggie swooped in and just handled everything, it was like a whirlwind how fast it all happened. She went above and beyond making extra calls and being available when needed. There was never any pressure on her end either, she made it a comfortable experience.
