My husband & I worked with Bridget in the fall of 2023 to find a vacation home in the Okoboji area. She was understanding of our budget and creatively searched the limited houses in our budget range & promptly sent us those listings in a timely manner. She was professional when setting up house showings and advised us about shortcomings and/or opportunities for improvements for each property. She was very knowledgeable about the properties in the area and always had stories to tell about each neighborhood we visited during our house showings. She negotiated the sale for us when there were multiple parties interested in our house. She also handled the sale with excellent precision and still is a resource for us for various home service needs. She genuinely cared about us throughout the whole process and we will never forget her kindness. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a home in the Okoboji area. She was EXCELLENT!!! We also highly recommend NextHome at the Lakes for a realty company.

We can not recommend Bridget highly enough. She paid attention to every detail. Without prompting, she followed up with various people to make certain that the home purchasing process was on track. When there was a hiccup, she solved the problem. Though we are not first time home buyers, she thought of many helpful pointers for us. Her negotiating skills were spot on. We could call her at any time and she was delighted to help. Above all of that, while she is professional, she genuinely cared about us and getting us into a home that we loved. Without her, we would not have succeeded. We are genuinely very, very grateful to Bridget and would recommend her to anyone.

We could not have had a better home buying experience than with Bridget! As our home base is in Atlanta area, getting up to the lake to view available properties in a timely manner was a challenge-especially when the market was on fire. Bridget was aware of our desires and constraints but persevered for THREE years and we are now proud lake house owners.
Professional, patient, helpful, prompt, friendly and all of the euphemisms for those apply! I don't anticipate having to use a realtor in Okoboji in the future, but if we do, she will be the one getting the call.
