I was in a time crunch to find a home, Nichole helped me find the perfect home in a short time. She kept constant communication, kept me up to date with the process, checked in, easy to get information from other realtor, builder, etc. She put time & effort into all of my needs, knew my needs, knowledgeable about the market, knows how to negotiate and communicate very well with a personalized approach. I felt like I had known Nichole for years; she genuinely cared as if it was her buying a home. Austin Young did honestly a terrific job, I met a few realtors in the area that seemed to only be after how much they are getting out of the deal. For Austin he was very straight forward and honestly made it seem he wanted to get the house that was very fitting for my family. He done a lot of work behind the scenes makes sure everything went very smooth and had very good recommendations for home inspectors and everything we needed to have done. I would honestly recommend him to everyone I know and will definitely be the first person I call if I ever decide to move again!
