Lauren helped us sell my late sister's home in New Bedford. Her handling of preparing the house for sale, locating services to clean the home, remove household stuff and general preparations was excellent. We were able to sell the house for more than the listed price and only one weekend was required for showing the home.

Jessica is the person you want and need by your side during the home sale exploration and listing process. She is upfront and honest with what to expect throughout each phase of the process and checks in regularly if you have any questions. Jessica sends reminders to ensure one remains on track with deliverables and regularly checks in to offer assistance if needed (prior to an Open House for example). Jessica is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, passionate, understanding and easy going. This is the second time in the last few years that Jessica has helped me with purchasing a home. This time she also helped me sell my home. (Coincidentally the one I purchased that she found for me in a tough market a few years ago) and another home. We are combining families, so we needed a bigger home.

I never thought it'd be possible to buy a home over the internet in a long distance move (TX to RI), but Lauren enabled us to evaluate the market, stay on top of the newest listings, and build our home-buying team (inspector, loan officer, & attorney). And, she did it all with empathy, with a full understanding of how stressful this experience can be.
And, lest I ignore one of major selling points for us: As a member of the LGBT community, I was confident that Lauren would fight for my wife and I when needed during the tenuous home buying experience.

The "BEST" agent one can ever find!! Very thoughtful and knowledgeable always thinking ahead, get the answers and things done before you can think of. Always keep you inform in every steps and what happens next. Gives best suggestions but not pushing to make decisions. Feel like a family not an agent trying to help us to sell our house, or even like he is trying to sell his own house ??. We are so lucky to have him. We just can't say enough good things about him!! Kirsten was a pleasure to work with! What was so great about Kirsten was how enthusiastic she was about searching for homes. When she found a listing for my wife and I, she immediately sent the details over and had a great understanding of the town, property, and the house itself. If she didn’t know the answer she would find it in short time. Unlike other realtors, Kirsten sent us homes with the exact amenities we asked for within the price range we requested. I never felt pressured to buy or to have an opinion about a house she sent to us when speaking with Kirsten. I really appreciate all the help with finding the place we call home!
