Erika Stewart was AMAZING!! There were many setbacks and delays in the purchase of our home, going back and forth with the city and the seller. Through all of it, Erika stayed happy and positive, kept us updated every few days, and made sure we got the home of our dreams. She also had some well thought out, heartfelt gifts for us and our kids at closing. I am very hard to satisfy. From the moment I met Erika. I drilled her on my expectations. She exceeded everything I couldn’t imagine. Everything from reminding me to check my emails from advising me on the things that I should stand my ground on and other things I should concede. Her expertise was simply amazing even when she slipped out of town for a few days she still checked in every day to make sure we were on schedule to all we needed to do. Erika did an amazing job finding and getting us into a new home! From the first time I met her, I was instantly impressed. It is not often that you find someone that is truly good at their job. I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her overall knowledge of the home buying process. Erika was recommended to me by a friend who used her a a Realtor to buy her first home last year. I decided to go with Erika as a Realtor because of my friend's experience with her. Working with Erika has been great throughout the home buying process! She is responsive, problem solver and offers great insights and guidance for every aspect of the process. Erika toured quite a few houses and condos with my during the winter when it was cold and snowy and also had a great attitude and mindset. We were eventually able to find an updated condo that I was able to close on! There were a few set backs with closing but Erika always made sure to provide updates and answer any questions that I had a long the way. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to attend my closing but made sure that I had the keys and poppers to celebrate closing. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants a down to earth real estate agent who actually cares about the client and not just a paycheck!

Erika is a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable real estate agent. She helped us sell our home and gave us advice for pricing in the neighborhood and staging the home. She was excellent at communicating with us and quick to respond when I texted her. She went beyond our expectations and helped us by meeting our contractors at the home to allow them to do work. She also helped remove some fencing in the back yard to help expedite the sale. Overall, Erika is someone you can depend on and was there to meet our real estate needs throughout the entire process.
