I met Dan through a mutual friend Mike. In a casual conversation with Mike, after learning my mother's house was going up for sale he told me that Dan's niece was looking for a home in Chadds Ford/ Glen Mills area.
Dan reached out to me and we met, talked candidly and I showed his family my mom's home. Dan was extremely patient, kind and respectful on a personal level. On a business level, he was thorough, experienced and kept a constant line of communication open. My mother's home of 30 years is now his Niece's and her Fiancee's home. It was a special thing to have Dan as an agent and I would highly recommend Dan Pizzi to anyone buying or selling a home!!!!

There is no possible way we could have navigated this real estate venture without Dan. His knowledge and negotiation skills are unmatched. Lisa listed a property in Philadelphia's Franklin Town section.
She reviewed the properties recently sold and the properties for sale to establish a listing price consistent with the current market. She recommended we try for a cash sale due to property condition. She then contacted developers who usually buy properties in need of repairs, and this produced offers to test the reliability of the listing price.
We finally received an offer from a cash qualified couple who intend to develop the property for their personal use. Their offer was accepted. PS-glad to be out of Phila.
The offer was @ 93% of the listing price.
Lisa made numerous trips to Phila. to show the property (approx. 30 miles each way) and was always available to show property and answer questions.
She earned the five stars.
