We had the pleasure of working with Jesse Gulutz with the Harold Chappell team. When my wife and I started our home buying process in NC, we were planning on buying an existing home, but we quickly realized that the hot home buying market would require timing that just wasn’t possible since we are living in Ohio. Jesse pivoted from helping us find existing homes to finding a builder we were comfortable working with. He showed us several areas where new homes were being built, and once my wife and I selected the builder, he has been very helpful going through contract documents, etc., to make sure we weren’t missing anything.
