Chris did an amazing job with helping our family find our home in a very difficult market to navigate. Many realtors wouldn’t work with us unless we had 25k cash to put down to out bid other buyers or close appraisal gaps. Chris took us on right away and got us into viewing homes the very next day. With in 4 months we closed on our home and highly recommend him. Many are in the business to make a buck and he’s in it to make relationships. Can’t go wrong with him.
