Sheena did a wonderful job getting our family into this lovely home. Location and neighborhood is great for the kids. She really does do an outstanding job on keeping a person updated and puts in the work of knowledge of the property she’s selling. I hope I never have to buy another house if I’m being honest, but if I do, I’ll never use anyone else. When she presents the house her aesthetics are laid out perfectly around the home that feels welcoming. Any questions we had she was quick to have a response. We (my wife & I) highly recommend Sheena whether buying or selling real estate. Sheena went above and beyond to assist us (in many different ways) with getting into a new home in a very short time frame. Sheena communicates well including consistently responding to calls, texts or emails very quickly. She also was resourceful in solving problems, both big and small. Further, Sheena was a calming influence during some stressful moments during the move. Excellent realtor, person!

It was a great experience working with Jason and Robert during our buying process. They are experts on the numbers side along with advising on modernizing the home and keeping in mind the return on the projects. They were constantly giving us updates during the pre closing phases and ensured everything stayed on schedule. We ended up closing a day early than planned, even after some delays on the VA loan side. I felt like I knew a lot about real estate prior to buying this home, and was surprised that I learned a lot more during this purchase. They took the time to answer my questions and explain areas of the process that I was unsure on.

We started talking to Jason about selling our house a year ago. He came to our house having done research on his own, with a fully bound book that layed out everything for us! He was patient while we waited to finally list in May. He guided us through the entire process step by step helping us make a few tweaks here and there.
