Kandace was absolutely incredible!! Since we live out of town, she went to every home we thought we would be interested in and took videos! That helped so much! My mom passed away during the process, and she made sure things were as smooth as possible. I backed in to the corner of of garage on moving day, and she was able to repair the damage. The company who packed our pod did a terrible job, and she was one of a couple of people who came to help fix it. This is the third house I have sold, and even though my stress level was high for other reasons I never worried about the house. Melissa made this the easiest house related experience of my life.

It was great working with Robert. He always had plenty of time to talk to us or answer any question we had. We felt very secure working with him and his office as he walked us through every step of the home selling process. I would recommend all first time home buyers or sellers to work with him because he knows the industry very well.
Due to work, we had to leave the state before our home sold and Robert took care of everything while we were away. He set everything up for showings, negotiations, and kept us up to date on everything. Our home sold very quickly and with his help nothing was delayed and everything went smoothly.
