Bruce was just what I needed in a real estate professional. It was my first time selling a house and he was able to recommend just what we needed to do to accomplish a quick sale. He put in so much effort, especially since I had already moved and wasn't in town all the time. My house was show ready in no time at all and on the market for less than a week. His communication was top notch, too! I never felt like I was in the dark about progress and showings, and he kept me updated throughout the entire closing process. My Next Home legends team is as high end of a realtor team you could ask for. Callista was able to hit all our boxes on our new home. She was completely patient with me even though I was quite picky. We ran into a lot off issues from my own situation I was in. Callista was able to guide me along the whole process and gave me a way out of my situation I was in. Also if you get a chance to go with Gateway for your loan, ask for Jill. With Jill and Callista in your corner you can't go wrong.
