Tom helped us thru the process of finding a new home with some unique specifications, then to sell our current house in record time. He was very business like thru the whole transaction, and took a lot of his time showing properties around Michigan. When it came to the reams of paperwork required to buy & sell a house, instead of a face-to-face meeting, where many things would get forgotten about after we walked out the door, he elects to do a video presentation describing all of these form and e-mail it to us. Initially, I thought it kinda weird, but later, realized that I could go back to that presentation and listen to it several times to reinforce what he was talking about. Pretty cool use of technology.

When it came time to sell our current house, an aggressive plan was formulated and the house was sold in record time, at more than we imagined we could get from the sale.

I have known Tom since he was an automotive engineer in his previous career over 15 years ago. When I decided to sell my house in February of 2020, Tom and his team helped explain to me all of the steps in regards to selling a home. Tom and his team took 3D videos, did facebook live events, had open houses, and took professional pictures. Finally, we put my home on the market! Then the unimaginable happened: I was in the process of selling a home during the Covid-19 global pandemic. I thought all hope was lost and there would be no way I could sell a home during this trying time with so many unknowns. In fact, because of the pandemic, my first offer on the home fell through and my house had to go back on the market. However, because of Tom and his team's perseverance, I ended up getting another offer and it was 10k over my asking price! I was able to sell and close on my home during this unprecedented time in our world!
Tom and his team of experts are great to work with, very friendly and professional. When Covid-19 hit, no one had a play book on how to deal with all of this, but Tom and his team were able to work their way through the day-to-day changes and government mandates and still sell my home. Thanks Tom!
