We wanted to sell one house in Clinton area and buy a house in NC. She lead us through all the difficulties with the preparation of the property then her genuine concern for others and her professional side walked with us through to the actual closing. We meet Denisa a year ago August. She spent time showing us around and Denisa set us up with emails of houses that fit what we were looking for. When a house came up she spent the time to go look at it in person and send video of the house. It took us a year to find the perfect house and we just closed escrow on our dream home. Denisa also was with us every step of the way. With the time difference there were nights we were communicating at midnight.
