Beth provided her time and developed a game plan to get my mom's house ready to sell well before any listing was signed. Beth was always available to answer any questions, from how can I get a piano removed to providing input on getting the home ready for sale-do I remove old wallpaper, paint, replace carpet, light fixtures etc. Beth provided cost effective referrals for debris removal, wall paper removal, painting, carpet & house cleaning, movers etc. -and all of them were great. She recommended removing everything from the house and then staged it. The house was listed, multiple offers were received, the home was sold in 24 hours - above asking price. Needless to say I will work with Beth and her team in the future.
