Shaunda took on the task of selling our house during the difficult holiday season. She had the confidence in herself that it could be done even when my wife & I had our doubts. My wife & I found another home we really wanted so we went ahead with Shaunda as our agent for the sale of our current home and purchase of our new home. Turned out to be a wonderful decision. Shaunda took great pictures of our house along with an amazing video. Made our house look great & I'm sure it caught the eye of many potential buyers. During this process my wife & I had many worries yet Shaunda was always there to answer our questions and put our stresses at ease. Without Shaunda's kindness and professionalism this would have been a much more stressful sale for us. Going forward my wife and I will confidently call on Shaunda for any future home purchases and sales.

The solar transfer was a nightmare but somehow you came up with a creative solution to resolve the issue. Janae Morris was amazing she stuck by my side for a long 12 months divorce is always hard but trying to sale a house with an ex husband that blocked every showing rented rooms to unruly tenants it took forever to get them out but Janae stuck by my side every step of the way and after regaining access to the home she stepped up and sold it within 30 days of it she is an amazing realtor and the best part of all of this is my ex husband hired her I was very hesitant but signed on with her and I couldn’t be happier she is not only my realtor but became a very dear friend

Amie did an amazing job from satrt to finish on the sale of our home. She went the extra mile for us. Our home was sold in 3 days and only Two open houses. Amie I'd great at What she does for a living. She also helped us find our dream home and working with Brian from element mortgage closed the deal in 15 days. I will be referring Amie to everyone I know and then any one else looking to sale there home!

Working with Amie was a pleasure. We were out of town and trying to house hunt long distance--and Amie took care of us every step of the way. She toured the house on her own, got all the details and the history of the house, then set up a video tour for us. Janae went over and above to help my cousin sell my deceased Uncle's house. She and her team helped us box up and remove contents from the house; find a cleaner, and haul things away. She helped my cousin price the house to sell and was there with us right to the end slong with the title company.
There are not enough words to describe Ms Terri Dace. She is my personal angel. She took care of me and my family as if we were her children. She went far and beyond being our realitor. She cared. She was on the journey with us. She fought for us. She listened and she rejoiced along with us as we found our home. We love our new home! She took the burden of this crazy time and allowed us to enjoy the process. When we suffered a personal loss- she was there to help us rally through.
