I can’t say enough good things about Ken Harland and the experience we had working with him. Buying a home is stressful enough, but doing it from Georgia while purchasing a house in Lubbock, Texas, adds an entirely different level of complexity. Ken made the process remarkably easy.

His availability and accessibility were exceptional. Since I couldn’t be in Lubbock for every showing, Ken worked closely with my son, who is there locally, while also taking the time to walk me through homes by video. I never felt like the distance put me at a disadvantage or that I was missing something by not being there in person.

What impressed me most was that Ken didn’t simply focus on finding us a house. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home for me and my family.
