There's alot of stress when buying a house. On top of it, I happen to be paralyzed from the chest down and lived four hours away from the house I purchased. Providing documents to the lender was the most stressful for me. But Julie was a tremendous help in the whole process.
Julie is a friendly person. She smiles, laughs, and matches your energy. She went above and beyond to find answers, locate contractors for various work to the house, and she connected me with public services to get the house utilities in my name. I let her communicate with my lender to make things easier for me. She does her job very well. If she doesn't know something, she will search it out in a timely fashion. She made signing documents and paying earnest payment a simple task. She plays fair. Towards the very end, she got the closing cost lowered for me by $1500. So thank you, Julie. She is flexible, listens, and makes good use of her time. You will like working with this young lady.

Jackie helped us through the process of buying a home and selling a home. She is very personable and professional. I have worked with many agents over the years and she is definitely a great choice to work with. Another thing I like about her is that she is your go to person through the entire escrow. She does not hand you off to someone else once you’re under contract like some agents do. If you are looking at selling your home she does an amazing job with the photography and 360 video tours to promote your property. The video tour allows buyers to do a virtual tour that allows them to actually walk through the house room by room via your computer. This is a huge plus when selling a property.
