Selling a home is hard enough. Try adding the fact that we are selling my parents lovely home after they passed away, with 6 signatories and we all live out of state. We made this sale as tough as it can get for Blaise and he made it as easy for us as he could. Every challenge (and there was A LOT) was met with a "I got it," a "don't worry," and "it's a pleasure." He was professional from the first meet and had kept us updated with phone calls, emails and texts every step of the way. You want someone to guide you through the process of buying and can help explain things to be on the look out for and what to expect. She was ready at any given moment to go to bat for us. She gave us great tips and advice on what to look for when buying a home. Being a first time homebuyer I was nervous to I did research on what it was gonna be like and what I should maybe look for. We lived four hours away from where we bought our house and she made it so much easier for me. My husband works in the road and we have two boys so I would say I can be stretched thin at times. I was worried about the stress of buying a home, but Taryn made this so easy. She thought of things that I wouldn’t think of to look at on a house. Even after the buying process she has helped us get in touch with people that we need to get some things around the house taken care of.
