Working with Next Home Destination was an amazing experience. Sarah found us the house we didn't know we were even looking for, did all the leg work to make sure it was inspected and ready to go (she even cleaned up the house for us!), and as an added bonus she loaned us their moving truck for quite a few days at no extra charge! She and Abe are also very pleasant people in general. If I ever need to move again, I know who I'm calling!

I had flown to Montana to meet with another realtor to view properties over my 4 day visit I’m glad That Realtor was not available Kelsi was recommended to me my family member Upon calling Kelsi the night of my arrival late I might add Kelsi had agreed to meet me at a few pieces of property the next morning When we had met up at first property she had given me well logs as well as detailed map of property layout with all elevations and survey marks and pass tax records which I thought was the greatest we walked the property checked lot limits. I told her I was very interested no need to see other properties after returning to my home in California Kelsi negotiated the price with seller got me all documents set up time line for loan what I should put down was in contact with me via emails and phone calls until the day of closing She had also recommended local contractors for installation of well which I’ve already contracted. Also negotiating for septic contractor and propane all referred by Mrs Wildman Due to all of her good deeds I’m now the owner of 13 beautiful acres and set up to get all utility all in by the end of year guess I’ll be moving a year earlier will start my build next spring. If anybody need a agent for anything pertaining to homes,land probably commercial as well This is your One Stop shop Kelsi your the Bomb and thanks for all you did hope I wasn’t a pain when I start my home will send you pics as I build invite you and your Family up for barbecue party as a special thanks for your awesome work on securing my for my retirement home Thx again Mr Westervoorde

As first time homebuyers we had many questions for Abe and Sarah. What incredible patience. In a very non-typical home buying experience, we met Abe and Sarah, toured a home, and put an offer in all within 24 hours. This happened to be the day before they left town for a family vacation. Despite being in a different country and timezone for part of the process, they were incredibly generous with their time and energy. They answered all of our questions and clarified anything we were unsure about. We felt so well taken care of!

Brittany told us there’s some people looked at it but no offer on the table so I told my husband to offer what we have and we got the house with in 25 days.
