Working with Dan and Courtney Castle at NextHome Discover was fantastic. From the very beginning, the way they explained the purchase and sale agreement was top-notch—clear, easy to follow, and done through video, texts, and calls so it fit into my schedule without any hassle.

Recently I retired and moved back to the county from Virginia. I contacted Courtney and Dan Castle from NextHome Discovery, due to their contact info was on Zillow where I was browsing the housing market before I moved back to Maine. I was skeptical about utilizing a realtor from Presque Isle to search for a new home in the Houlton area, but my concerns turned out to be totally unfounded.
