When I first met Tracy I wasn't looking for a realtor, but I realized within minutes she was someone who could be trusted. Later, when I needed a realtor, I contacted her to help me with the details. She showed me a listing I was familiar with but had passed on it because it was over my budget and the listing sounded a bit "sketchy". Within days she showed me the house, negotiated a good deal for me and the seller, and a couple weeks later we closed.
I doubt you could find a better realtor to work with and I highly recommend her.

The wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Tracy Ostlund to purchase a new home. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process Tracy was professional, kind and courteous. Tracy's very knowledgeable about the local housing market. Was very communicative with via text and phone to inform us of potential houses, scheduled viewings and any of our questions and concerns were always responded to promptly.
Tracy also, did a great job with listing and selling our current home too. Closing on our new home Friday and closing on our other house the next Friday.

Team Castle recently provided their excellent services in order to sale my home. My home was under contract within the first 4 weeks of being on the market! Not only did they provide their expertise in advertising and marketing of my home but they also provided me with suggestions on contractors in my area. Anyone who lives in Aroostok knows how hard it can be to find a licensed contractor, electrician or plumber that has an opening within 6 months or a year.

I would recommend Team Castle to anyone entering the selling or purchasing of a home or property. I have now bought and sold with Dan himself and he has gone above and beyond every time. The selling process of a home is extremely stressful with a lot of waiting and unknowns, Dan answered all my questions and did everything including finding someone for the repairs needed. I was 5 hours away but having Dan there to sell my home was the best decision I made. Please consider Team Castle for any real estate needs!
