Chadwick was the perfect choice for a realtor when it came to recently purchasing our first home. He took what we wanted in a home and found us the one on the first night we went out touring. His knowledge of available homes, but also what to expect for first time home buyers, like how much it would cost to maintain each home and how to craft the most compelling offer was a great value add while navigating the process. Following the offer process, he was on top of everything to make sure our inspection and requests went smoothly and often in our favor. We expect to be in the home he found us for many years, but when it comes time for the next house, Chadwick will be our first call and our recommendation for anyone else beginning the process.
