Scott was a delight to work with, for selling my deceased brothers home. He was very professional during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the buying/selling market & explained what steps he was going to take & the time frame expected. He came up with what I felt was a fair price & he worked as both the selling agent & the buying agent. The home sold within 1 week! He was pleasant to speak with & interested, beyond the house sale, about what life was like for me personally. He was very quick about returning my phone calls & text messages. Working with Jen to find our perfect house has been wonderful! She was always patient with our questions and traveling all over to find the house we loved. Jen provided us with knowledge that we would not have thought to ask along our journey. She was always friendly and made us feel at home. My biggest worry was not knowing something and looking silly asking questions, but Jen made me feel so comfortable asking anything and never thought any of our questions were silly!

Bottom line up front. She truly understands the technical aspects of the housing market--her strategy took my house from listed to six very strong offers in 48 hours.
Value-added. Unlike the dozen or so real estate agents I have encountered over the last 40 years, she did more than sell my home--she earned my trust. As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous as to how thus process all worked. Scott was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I navigated this from beginning to end. I wouldn't have blamed Scott if he would have dropped me as a client. He showed me houses for almost 3 months straight before I finally decided on the last house he showed me.
