Not only was Julie professional but she was also personable. From early on she was able to decipher what we wanted and needed in a home. If felt like a tall order but she took it with stride. Always patient, honest, and constantly positive. Even through the offer and closing process she was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It has been a privilege and joy to work with Tom Oliver. From the first interaction we had, you could tell how knowledgeable and honest of a person he truly is. He is very accommodating and incredible with prompt communication throughout the entire home buying process. There wasn't one text he didn't respond to within an hour. He was constantly by our side and honestly answering question when we went to showings, then when we changed our mind and wanted to buy an old school house to renovate, and then when we found our forever home a week later. The entire process was smooth all because of Tom Oliver. I hope to never have to rely on his real estate services again simply because moving is the worst. However, if I ever needed a real estate agent, Tom Oliver would be my first choice time and time again. In the words of Tina Turner, "He's simply the best and better than all the rest." Thanks Tom!
