I messaged Danielle late one night asking if she'd like to sell my house! She responded promptly and from then on it was 5 star service 24/7. Our home was not the prettiest, and we knew it wouldn't be easy to sell. So we thought! Danielle got us on the market, under contract and sold in under 60 days total! She went to bat for us at every turn and made the process as smooth as it could be. She's also great at calming a nervous seller down when speed bumps inevitably occur lol Her level of professionalism, combined with complete dedication to her clients and her smile makes it a win for everyone involved. Danielle is amazing!! Finding the right home can be daunting and our search was long, but our stresses and anxieties diminished quickly once we found Danielle. It was obvious right away that she is well-seasoned in the real estate market and was incredibly knowledgeable towards every question we had (and we had a lot of questions)! Andrea was amazing. She was there every step of the way, taking care of everything we needed. She didn't pressure us at all and had our best interest in hand. Any time we had an issue all we had to do was call or text her no matter what time it was. We felt like we were always her priority. Lisa helped with two offers trying to find a house for my brothers who were about to be homeless. We had a short deadline. Lisa prepared the offer on the first house but it fell through; it was not meant to be, On the second house, Lisa worked with the listing agent and we were successful in acquiring this unique property. There were several possible show stoppers, but we were able to get past them. Lisa was able to obtain a discount on the price because of several deficiencies found during the inspection. Lisa also was able to show another house on short notice on a Sunday. It looked better on paper than in person. While Lisa was not local, we were able to do most of the paperwork online which helped tremendously. I would recommend Lisa as a real estate agent.
Lisa is amazing, she is very patient,kinda and understanding on my situation in finding an apartment right away. I never met real estate agent work as fast and caring as Lisa is. I would definitely recommend others to her for sure.
