We did not want to work with a realtor initially and tried selling our home in Roswell FSBO. After a couple months of mostly nothing, we started working with Josh, and things went a lot better. From start to finish and at every point in between, Josh explained all of the details clearly and fully, communicated frequently, and went out of his way to streamline the process to help us close a remote sale. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone without qualification.
