Shannon helped me find a replacement home as part of a “like-kind” exchange in 2022. Time was very tight and I did not think we could make the deadline. Shannon worked quickly on her search and found the perfect house. She worked hard on all phases of the closing and we closed in time to qualify for the tax treatment. The house has been a wonderful income producer since then for my real estate rental business.

I had worked with different real estate agents in the past but nothing compares to Shannon Roberts. I started working with her back in April after a couple of months of looking for the right deal, I finally found a good house that I almost lost the contract after Citi Bank was taking their sweet time to give the final approval. Shannon went beyond and gave me the information of another bank and we closed on the house in 10 days. I will highly recommended her if you want great service.

Nina is an outstanding real estate agent with a great deal of expertise and knowledge of the industry.
