Lisa was a pleasure to work with from day one. She stated what she would do to help sell our home, and she did exactly that. Her advice for setting the asking price was spot on - high enough to be happy if it sold for that figure but low enough to encourage multiple offers. We had two offers, both way above asking, even before the first open house. We sold our house for well over asking. I cannot recommend Sheila enough! My husband and I had to move to the DMV area from Massachusetts to begin new jobs in DC. We are so grateful we found Sheila to help us find our future home, and make our move as smooth as possible. Sheila helped us scout out a variety of rentals in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. She set us up with a portal to show us various rentals that would meet all of our needs, our budget, desired locations, etc. She was incredibly responsive via text, and always answered all of our questions and concerns thoroughly. We had several phone calls over the course of our home search, and Sheila truly took the time to get to know us and our needs, so that she could find us the perfect rental. When it came time to tour places in person, she was so accommodating and understanding with our unique timeline. She was flexible to our needs, honest about each detail in a prospective property, and clearly so knowledgeable. Up until we found Sheila, we had been doing our rental searches through leasing offices and apartment complexes. We were really having a difficult time finding something within our budget that checked all our boxes. Once Shiela began to help us, everything changed, and we were confident we would find our future home. The care, attention to detail, expansive knowledge, and commitment Sheila brings to her work is unmatched. I have known Monty Boland for a long time long before he became a realtor. I know him as a kind and hardworking individual. So when he told me that he is now in the real estate business I referred him to a good friend of ours who was selling her townhouse at that time. She was extremely satisfied with Monty’s professionalism and efficiency . Just recently my husband and I decided to move to a senior development .
