My wife and I were looking to downsize and move into a more affordable home for our family, and Zack was entirely up for the challenge. He showed us multiple homes over the course of a year, out of season, throughout a quiet market, and he worked magic to get our home the repairs it needed to sell.
As we were under contract, we became aware of some significant family health issue that we had to deal with. Throughout this health ordeal, Zack went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. I can honestly say we would not have been able to move without his hard work, resourcefulness, and energy.
In addition to his realtor services, Zack is an impressive individual and has become a good friend. I recommend him entirely.
