Our family has worked with Catelin Schwarz to buy our first home and to sell our first home. After working with Catelin, we would only consider working with her for all our real estate needs.
In both experiences, in 2020 and 2025, Catelin proved herself to be a tireless advocate. No matter what time of day or night, Catelin was always reachable by phone, text, or WhatsApp. In a market where crucial decisions sometimes rest upon quick turnarounds and clear communication, Catelin was the fastest draw in town. And throughout, she maintained a kind, personable, and professional demeanor. It’s no stretch to say that Catelin’s record shows she knows real estate, and her affect shows she knows people.
Additionally in 2025, Catelin went above and beyond our expectations managing our property while we were traveling. If captains are tested in the stormiest of waters, Catelin was tested by the wildest of circumstances. While we were abroad, our hot water heater failed, our basement flooded (which required repairs and remediation), and our roof needed to be replaced. And still, Catelin kept a steady hand on the wheel.
You would not have known any of these instances in a series of unfortunate events happened judging by Catelin’s affect alone. She was calm, cool, and collected, working across time zones and through insurance companies to ensure our home was repaired and back on the market. She knew contractors and remediators, serving as the point person and regularly visiting the property while we were a world away.
And when it came time to work with our buyers, Catelin was there to see us to closing, advocating for the fairest agreement until the moment the ink was dry.
In short, Catelin Schwarz is the finest realtor one could ask for. We feel so grateful to know her and could not imagine working with anyone else.
