I can’t say enough great things about working with Jonathan Lamond. Last year, my family and I were devastated by the sudden passing of my sister. My sister owned a 100+ year-old-house in Pennington, NJ. Her house was lovely and lived-in, and in addition to coping with her loss, we were faced with trying to sell her house in a timely manner, while none of us lived in the area.

As an older home, and with me and my family not living locally, there were many challenges to navigate over the course of months, including reconciling legal issues – and minor and major home repairs. Michael went above and beyond in helping us every step of the way. Any questions I had he answered in a very timely manner. He even sent us daily updates on the different styles of homes to look at. He also gave us a list of professionals to help along the way. He was very personable and I highly recommend his services to anyone that asks. We had been searching for the perfect house in a very difficult market for over a year before we were introduced to Mike. We heard wonderful things about their Realty company, which were all confirmed within our first few interactions.

Knowing our elderly grandparents would be living with us, he prioritized houses their safety, comfort, and a layout would work for them as well. He was always so kind, personable, remembered all of our family members’ names (even those he hadn’t met!), and kept the entire family in mind when walking through houses. Sometimes Mike would know before we did, that a house wasn’t really right for us!

For our perfect fit house, he really went above and beyond. As soon as we walked through the house and property, we all knew it was the one. After we saw the house privately, he attended the open house on our behalf when we were out of town, to ensure the owners and their agent knew how perfect we were for this house. Initially we lost the house to a cash offer. But Mike made such a good impression to the agent/buyers, that they said that if the cash offer fell through, we would be the first call. A month later, that is exactly what happened.

Over the next few weeks Mike practically handheld us through what was a very quick and demanding buying process (the sellers had a strict time frame). Even just doing little check-ins to make sure that we were feeling good, on track, not overly stressed, and being well taken care of. He was so gracious with every question and always made time for us. He would even go out of his way to make us laugh during the most stressful moments. We hope he knows how much of a difference that made.

Now, we are in our beautiful home and our family couldn’t be happier. We can’t thank Mike enough!
