We had been searching for the perfect house in a very difficult market for over a year before we were introduced to Mike. We heard wonderful things about their Realty company, which were all confirmed within our first few interactions.

Michael not only went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream home in a very difficult market. He was also able to make excellent recommendations for other professionals we needed in the process. Each house we went through, he had an extreme attention to detail and kept our requirements in mind, even for little things that we didn’t see. Knowing our elderly grandparents would be living with us, he prioritized houses their safety, comfort, and a layout would work for them as well. He was always so kind, personable, remembered all of our family members’ names (even those he hadn’t met!), and kept the entire family in mind when walking through houses. Sometimes Mike would know before we did, that a house wasn’t really right for us!

For our perfect fit house, he really went above and beyond. As soon as we walked through the house and property, we all knew it was the one. After we saw the house privately, he attended the open house on our behalf when we were out of town, to ensure the owners and their agent knew how perfect we were for this house. Initially we lost the house to a cash offer. But Mike made such a good impression to the agent/buyers, that they said that if the cash offer fell through, we would be the first call. A month later, that is exactly what happened.

Over the next few weeks Mike practically handheld us through what was a very quick and demanding buying process (the sellers had a strict time frame). Even just doing little check-ins to make sure that we were feeling good, on track, not overly stressed, and being well taken care of. He was so gracious with every question and always made time for us. He would even go out of his way to make us laugh during the most stressful moments. We hope he knows how much of a difference that made.

Now, we are in our beautiful home and our family couldn’t be happier. We can’t thank Mike enough!

Mike was very diligent in working through a long and challenging sell process. He was supportive in attending inspection appointments and dealing with a tenant who was not always accomodative. Although we sold the home well below our initial asking, we ultimately were able to get the deal done.

Mike helped us buy our first home. I worked with a couple of realtors in different states, and out of all of them Mike was by far the most patient. He must have showed us 30+ homes and was always happy to do so. Never once made us feel like a burden.

He was also never pushy to close a deal. I never felt pressured to go with an offer or put In an offer with a home or a price I was unhappy with. I genuinely felt he was on our side, which is more than I can say about some of the other realtors I worked with. He acted ethically and with class the entire time.

Finally, i learned A LOT from Mike. Walking through the multitude of homes with him was almost like walking through homes with a GC. He has tremendous knowledge about not only real estate, but home repairs. In our walk thrus, he was able to point out many things that I as an inexperienced home buyer didn’t know or notice. His knowledge and attention to detail were excellent. Because I was able to learn a ton about home repairs, I was able to gain some level of confidence with every home as to exactly what i was potentially getting myself into. This was invaluable for me.

I am moving into New Jersey from the west coast. I don't know much about the area of how the housing market there works. Although i have purcha before, New Jersey is a differe t experience.
I was recommended to Jonathan from an agent I know in his company. I started corresponding with him and immediately noticed how quickly he responded to any question I had. I sent Jonathan several homes that I liked and he sent me some matched my interests. Since I was out of state, he scheduled zoom visits for them all. In one day, he scheduled 6 visits. He was wonderful about being honest about the home locations. If there was an odd noise, a concerning location or if everything looked great, he showed me it all. I was lucky to find my next home that first day, but since the market was a sellers one, he kept showing me more for backups per my request.
Once we started the contract, that's when the work really started. Every state has different rules and weird things. Jonathan was helpful in letting me know the quirks of buying in New Jersey. He kept on top of my progress so we stayed on track. He would follow up to see if I had any questions. I was able to close quickly and am now packing for my move across country.
