Damien listened to my needs. He was always available when I had questions. He would return my calls in a timely manner. He gave me good direction and feedback. When I found a house that I wanted, he was willing to go the extra mile for me. Example: taking measurements and letting me know the condition of the house. Since he was a contractor previously, his help was very important. Since I live out of state currently this information was very valuable for me to make the right decision in purchasing this house. Damian was fantastic and got things done and sold for us quickly. He even sat down to explain things to my grandmother so she would be comfortable with the whole process. He really went out of his way. We moved my grandmother to an assisted living complex so selling was a huge priority. He was even able to sell the house before going to market. He is very professional and made this the smoothest transaction I have ever had selling or buying a home. I would recommend him to anyone.

As a first time buyer Damian’s guidance was critical . From helping to understand all the information in the paperwork and negotiating price and sending contacts of people I needed to get ahold of and recommending quality companies to get the work done that I needed to meet the contingencies in the escrow agreement . Damian even drove out to my property the day I had an engineer and county inspector for the perc and mantle test to see where we could place a septic before buying just to make sure everything went smooth for us, and it wasn’t nearby . All around great guy to have on your side . Knowledgeable and friendly and the communication was next level.
