Kate was absolutely amazing!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. She was pleasant to work with, she went out of her way to help us even when we asked to see a house last minute, she answered any questions we had and then some and she even gave us some information about the town we were moving into like nearby grocery stores etc. She absolutely went above and beyond what she needed to for us and I am so grateful to have had her as our realtor during our home buying experience. I highly recommend Sarah to help you find a New Home. I remember as I was starting to search for a property around the Bangor and Central Maine area, Sarah took the extra step to send me listings based on my preferences. Over time, she concentrated on my responses and became increasingly attentive to my interests.

Moving from out-of-state, I had very little time to search for the right home, so one day she took the step to set-up 4 showings around a wide geographical area. As I couldn't get excited about the first couple of showings, she arranged one more showing at the end of the day, which she thought would be my "dream" home.
This was the property I ended up purchasing.

Throughout the closing process, she did an excellent job in coordinating and managing a lot of the typical issues that come up in buying a home, such as price negotiations, title transfer, and scheduling of the move.
