Being a good real estate agent takes a lot of grit and Erika made it look easy. Erika helped us with selling and buying at the same time which can be a challenge, but Erika helped us sail right through and we got both deals closed on time. She was available 24/7 to answer any of our questions or to handle any issues. Erika was fully transparent throughout the entire process and kept us informed. Laura does not live in the area where the home we purchased is located but she was very accommodating and came to show the property to us both different times we asked.
