My wife and I first met Kathy when she was working with our son and daughter-in-law search for and purchase their first home. Kathy treated our kids like they were her own. Her guidance and advice to our kids was fantastic, Our kids are very happy with the home that they purchased with Kathy's help.
When my wife and I decided to sell our home and look for our retirement home, we contacted Kathy first and it is one of the best decisions we ever made. We were referred to Kathy by friends and we were so glad that we were. We were moving into the area from about 2 hours away and Kathy made the "long distance" shopping process so easy. Amazing! My fiance and I just bought our first home together with Kathy's help! The market is tough right now, but she never missed a beat. I called Kathy on a Sunday evening and told her I wanted to buy a house.
