I can’t recommend Barb enough. In fact, I already have several times since she helped me find my perfect home in Waldoboro last fall. I was not an easy client, as my list of likes and dislikes was long and at times contradictory. Barb quickly figured me out, and consistently found solid options for me. I made one offer that was beat out, and with that transaction and of course my purchase, Barb was 100% on point and extremely timely with all listing details, docs, etc. Once I found my current home, Barb provided great recommendations for an inspector and an attorney, both of whom I was very happy with.
