I was very glad to have Tony as my realtor before, during, and after the home buying process. I worked with Tony in buying a home in the Lakewood area. As a first-time home buyer, Tony's knowledge was a huge help given how old most of the houses in Lakewood are. Tony knew exactly what to look out for. He was very patient with us and accommodated my schedule. Post-closing he has also been a huge help when it comes to recommending contractors to perform improvements on the home prior to our move-in. We hired Kelly S. For the sale of my mother's house in Richmond Hrs. Within couple of days everything was set up and ready to go. We had multiple offers within first week and we chose the best one for us. Whole process was easy and hasle free. Option for E-signatures on documents came in handy as I travel out of state on weekly basis. She and her team worked non stop with title bureau and buyers to get the house transfered to new buyers as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend for future buys and sells
