Adam made the process of selling and buying our home so smooth and easy. He sold our home in a weekend and we found a new home with in a week. He made us feel like a priority and was always available to answer any questions that we had. He had great knowledge of the real estate world and amazing negotiating skills to save money on our new home. Rob is definitely an amazing guy and knows how to prioritize the need of the home buyer. Ever since I was looking for the right place, Rob was there to help me. Looking into many different places until I finally found the right one and was with all the way until closing time. It was my first time and I had many questions to which he always replied quick and guided me through the process with ease. Lane was incredibly responsive, reassuring, and thoughtful throughout my experience in working with him as I was on the hunt for a rental apartment. He was attentive to multiple detailed questions and would provide timeline updates if things were taking a bit longer as he liaised between myself and the landlord. Lane was also very informative on what my rights are as a tenant - I could tell he was equally supporting the landlord and the tenant - which is something you don't commonly experience in NYC rental arrangements. I would gladly work with Lane again and look forward to recommending him to friends in the future!

That's how long it took to get us from showing to closing with Adam.
Adam not only understood exactly what we were looking for, but he didn't waste time alerting us to and showing properties that could be a "maybe." He didn't get us involved in properties that were not in our price range or beyond the amount of reno we were interested in. He was truly committed to finding us the property that worked for us and in the right time frame.
I can't recommend Adam enough, and have already done so to a few people in my circle. Professional, direct, responsive and listens to a client's needs.

Lane let me see this coop the first day it was on sale.The unit needed work but it was a perfect location..
It took 5 months to get to closing with a difficult seller and Lane stood with me the whole time .He worked with the seller and was the one who made the sale happen.
I have never seen such dedication and professionalism in an agent .
I highly recommend him to all- whether you’re a seller or a buyer!

Adam did a fantastic job! He set me up with 3 houses to look at. Although none of the houses I ended up buying but it was a extremely helpful as a first time home buyer to see how the market is and see what the high side of my budget was vs my lower side. I ended up finding a house to look at that was just recently posted. Adam got me in to look at the house the very next day on a Saturday and the house was perfect for my needs! We were able to get an offer in by Monday with Adam writing a cover letter why this house is a perfect fit for me and long behold this was the exact reason that made the sellers choose me over other people that put offers in at a higher price! I'm extremely satisfied with how Adam helped me with the closing as well and was able to answer my questions with any concerns I had. Will recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house!
