My wife and I wanted to sell our home and move into a larger home so that we had more room to expand our family. Tricia was wonderful when it came to find our dream home. Tricia worked with my wife and me remotely while we lived in Colorado, to find a home in East Texas. When it was time to do an in-person visit, Tricia very patiently took me all over East Texas looking at houses, in one very long day. She was extremely helpful in noticing issues, pricing disparities, and the like. Once we picked a house, she acted as our rep in coordinating inspections, fixes, and things. She was able to get us the best price on a house that is awesome for us.
