OMG! Vera was (is) unbelievable, she went the EXTRA mile for us through the entire process. We love love love Vera! We have been searching for a new home for a very long time. Vera, listened and found us the perfect forever home. She worked around the clock to make sure everything was moving along smoothly every step of the way, contacting the township for the Sellers open permits to be resolved, pushing the Mortgage Company and the Attorneys to make sure everything was perfect. Even when things with the seller became very stressful, Vera was always upbeat and finding a solution to the issue, and believe me there were issues! She is so knowledgeable about the real estate industry, and everything home related, i.e. garage door openers, Ring doorbells, lighting, HVAC systems and I could go on and on. She was able to recommend, someone for everything we needed! Even when we did our walk through on closing day and we found water in the basement, (very stressful), but Vera had it all under control! She immediately went into action to secure Seller Escrow funds to cover the damage. She has been checking in on us even after we took ownership of our new home. From the first meeting with Cynthia to find a realtor she was a consummate professional. She sold my home of 40 years and she helped me find and close on a new home. Her knowledge of real estate in this area is extensive. At our first meeting she explained everything about selling my home and the services that she would provide. She helped to set a fair price and went above and beyond to help to get the property sold. She was always accessible for any questions or concerns I might have and she fought for me to get the best price for my home. When I purchased a new home she did much research to make sure that I was getting a good value for my money and that the property was free of any unexpected problems. She was tireless in helping me look at homes in my price point and location even though the inventory was extremely limited. She treated me like a family member looking out for my best interests. Her service was above and beyond anything I could hope for from a realtor. I can’t express enough in words all of the good things about her. The service was superb from beginning to end!

Navneeta was awesome from day 1, she patiently took us to all the houses we wanted to see ,mostly on non Buisness times due to busy nature of my job, no pressure and honest opinion on pros and cons . When we finally decided on house , she was very meticulous in helping the closing as there was some delay from seller due to permits .she helped in coordinating with lawyer /seller agents /permits /inspectors way beyond normal realtors . Because of that we did not make unforced errors and I really appreciate her help.this is my third house I bought and she has beaten my previous two realtors who were also very good,set up a new benchmark and we will be using her for our future searches if needed .
