She responded immediately and we were at the house in a couple hours. We fell in love with the house and put an offer in right there and she stayed on top of the process and we had offer accepted in less then 24 hours. Steph also kept in contact throughout the entire process from showing house to after closing. The biggest thing in buying a house is communication and she excelled in that. I am writing this recommendation for our real estate agent Kim Semenko. Kim provided us with resources and support on selling our property. Our house was a double wide with 3 acres that interested buyers couldn’t get a regular loan because the house was too old. Kim worked hard for us to sell to a young couple that really wanted the property and land. There were so many hoops to go through. The property belonged to my parents in Montana and 5 of us children had inherited the property. Kim had to get lots of information and that was a challenge at times.
Myself and my siblings are very thankful and happy for all the hard work she did for us.
I would recommend Kim as a buyer and seller as I know she will do a great job for you also.
