This guy is amazing! Throughly informative, flexible scheduling, no such word as “can’t” in his vocabulary. We wanted to look at a ton of options that were on the market and tons of different styles of homes and he helped us out the whole way through so we got exactly what we were looking for. I’ll tell ya right off the bat, you want to be a customer of Gabriel Blacks’. As first time home buyers we needed the spoon feeding service and felt very comfortable with him. Any questions we had about any of the properties we answered on the spot or he was able to obtain the info in minutes while we were viewing properties. I enjoyed the house hunting process very much and couldn’t think of a better agent to help us along our track. He also has some supreme resources for lenders and very well connected in the realty as well as community. This is the go-to guy!

Gabe was wonderful to work with. He helped us sell our house & find our dream home! He had an open house to sell our house, & it sold within 2 days! He knows exactly what to & what needs to be done for a house selling. Once we found the house we wanted, we asked to look at it twice before putting in an offer. He was asking us questions like if we could see our family in this house & hosting dinners there, & what not. He really made us feel confident in wanting to put an offer in on the house. My husband and I were first time home buyers and didn’t know where to begin other than view listings that peeked our interest. We came across a property that was his listing and within a few hours, he reached out and made arrangements to view it later in the day. After taking a peek, I decided I wanted to keep looking and he reached out to another realtor with a different company who had the listings down the street and allowed us to go and look at the 2nd property (still same day) and told him he didn’t need to show me another property cause I fell in LOVE with what I saw.
