From the moment I talked to Jeremy on the phone, He patiently listened, and answered all my questions. His professionalism, was so on 100% of the time… from the beginning of the process to closing on a home! He always answered our text immediately, and always answered the phone when we called with questions. If he didn’t have the answer, he would find an immediately for us. We can truly say, that we have found a friend in Jeremy. He walked us through the whole process, answered all Our questions, and even made us laugh at times, with his down to earth sense of humor. Andrea was amazing! She was with us every step of the way and made sure we knew what was happening! She was an attentive listener and did not try to tell us what we wanted. We told her what we were looking for and she did a great job of finding it! She made sure we know right away that she would be available at any time if we have questions or needed her help! She found us an amazing home and we were so lucky to be able to work with her from start to finish!
Andrea is outstanding! I had just moved to this region and found I needed to move quickly to secure a home in this market. She was very patient in listening to my concerns/questions and quick to respond to additional questions. Andrea was a great person to work with. We had no idea what we were really doing and she helped us every step of the way. Any and every question wehad, she would answer. It did not matter what time we contacted her, she was always available to help us understand something. What a time to start the home buying process for the first time! As a first-time home buyer I knew the basics but that was it! I am more than grateful forAndrea and her knowledge and support through the entire process, especially in this insane housing market! From the very beginning, Andrea was patient, taking the time to explain the process, ways to succeed, as well as being completely transparent about the possibility of having to put offers in on multiple houses before an offer was accepted simply due to the hot sellers market we are currently in! She offered her opinion when I asked and was a wonderful resource. After seeing several properties and a few offers later, we finally found one. I am happy to say we just closed on our first home, and could not have done it without Andrea!
