Katie was such a phenomenal asset in my home buying process! She listened to my wants and needs, she helped me consider potential hazards, and went above and beyond to help me close. Imagine someone who shells out their own money without even mentioning it just to get the house closed. Imagine how helpful it is to have someone who will call 20 businesses to find a person to make repairs the next day. We were very pleased with Nick. Admittedly, we were a little nervous that he was on the younger side, but quickly recognized how 'on top' of the sale of our house was. When we met him for the first time for a walk-through, it was obvious he had done his homework. We had concerns about how this house may be a challenge to sell, especially with fast-approaching holidays. We knew it was important to get the home on the market quickly and Nick quickly provided the necessary resources and connections to get the house on the market quickly. His recommendation for pricing were right-on and validated with multiple offers within a few days. There were a few concerns that arose during inspections, but he provided the needed direction to move through this aspect of the sell with minimal stress. There was a financing glitch that he addressed head on, keeping us informed. We would highly recommend Nick for any real estate needs.

Nick was good to work with on selling our house. We had a couple of unique circumstances with selling our house when we had already moved 750 miles away and Nick was willing to run point on things that needed a physical presence and also helped with a few city government challenges that came up along the way.

I feel blessed to have found a realtor as great as Heather. We looked at a lot of places for over a year. She was always quick to respond and wasn’t shy about pointing out concerns when showing a property. I would say she wants everything honest and upfront. When we finally settled on a purchase, she held our hand through every piece of verification. There were things I was fully expecting to have to take care, but she was on top of it. I don’t believe anyone would be disappointed about what you get when working with her.
