Anica was on top of all aspects of the sale of the house. From getting comps to help with pricing, to letting us know what needed to be addressed, to letting us know when we had offers on the property. She kept us constantly in the know by emails, text messages or her appearance on the closing of the property at the title company. I for one have little to no experience selling houses, been in this house for twenty plus years so was so nice having a true professional help us out with the sale.
