I am honestly not sure where to even begin with this review other than to say I could never properly express how much of a positive difference Nick Gadwood with the NextHome Gadwood Group made in my first home search, an experience that spanned several years and multiple market changes. Nick was always available to answer questions and ease my concerns about the process. His realtor experience in conjunction with his connectivity to the community was essential in providing me with contractors and companies that could assist with projects outside of finding and buying my home.
I lost track of the number of listed houses we checked out together (not including the even larger number of houses that were filtered through a preliminary checklist of sorts based on my preferences), but he never made me feel like a burden and I did not feel rushed or pressured into any decisions. I can say with near certainty that I would not be a homeowner right now if it weren’t for Nick Gadwood (and his coworkers at NextHome).
