Team Marzo really made buying a home flawless.
My wife and I hadn’t purchased a home for at least 40 years. Needless to say the housing market has really changed. Once we found a home the team did pretty everything for us. They walked us thru the buying process and explained things we didn’t really understand. They made us feel really comfortable. Helen and I were not afraid to ask the questions that we probably should known. They answered every question and at no point in the buying process did I feel like I was not being told the truth . It’s nice to know that there are people still willing to go out of their way to help someone else. Seth was the best. I would recommend Team Marzo to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. Very nice company.

Janelle is a high energy and hard working individual. She had a hard job to do and she it First of all she was the buying and selling agent which is difficult to satisfy both of her clients. Secondly, she did not have bank hours so to speak, she worked around the clock researching and revising. Lastly, she always kept us in the loop of what was going on with the buying process.

I started off my home search roughly, with 2 different other agents. I didn't feel I had the support I thought I'd have with the home buying process. Not a good experience for my first home.

Karl was a very personable and knowledgeable agent. He was able to repeatedly find new listings for multi’s as soon as they came up. He also helped with some items the seller wasn’t going to do after inspection came back. I would buy with him again, & I plan to as in a year or so.

Chad came with a market analysis, toured my home, and spent time going over what would happen next and answering questions.
My sons live out of town so Chad would have phone meetings with us to answer any questions they had.
Even though it was Christmas season and a very snowy month he scheduled quite a few showing every week. He sent a text for every showing with the date and time and most of the time let us know when we could come home.
Once we got the right offer and started the process of making the sale I was in my new condo many states away. Everything was done electronically. It all went quick and smoothly. I just felt we could have had a few more updates towards the closing.
Chad was a very nice person. Easy to talk to and answered our questions and request quickly. If you need a realtor I would definitely give him a call.
