My husband and I met Nancy at an open house and were immediately impressed with her real estate knowledge and personable demeanor. From the beginning of the process of selling our home to the transfer of title, Nancy was professional, knowledgeable, informative. Ever pleasant. She staged and videographed our home to showcase its attributes, and discussed pricing and marketing to arrive at a proper sales price. As a result, our open house had close to 20 lookers, and 2 FP contracts. She then steered us through the process through closing. In a word, she was superb. A finer realtor I have not met!

Having just closed on a property in Florida with which we are very happy, and having worked with Lisa Stratton to find this property, I could not imagine finding a better realtor than she was for us!
