If it wasn't for Chuck and Pat, we probably would still be stuck in probate for another year. We don't live in Florida and having a great partner help us navigate all the pitfalls was just what we needed.

Great Customer Service, personal attention and continuos communication in person, via phone, video and email. After a very disappointing experience with another broker, our good friend in KC with Next Home connected us with Chuck and Pat. They were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us secure a good deal on our condo purchase in Key West. They made a 7 hour drive to come down and meet with us face to face and be there for the inspection. We received constant updates on the status of the sale and they made sure we were taking care of whatever we needed.
