Pat was absolutely amazing. She took two people from NJ who had no idea about Florida homeownership and educated us about the different areas, based on our needs and wants. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and fun as well! Looking at houses with her is not a chore by any means. She makes it fun and educational. After making our selection, she guided us through the process, and still keeps in touch when we need help with anything concerning ownership. We unfortunately did not get to meet Chuck, but he sounds amazing as well!!! Would highly recommend!!!

We planed a trip to Florida to meet a realtor who we had been working with for a month, looking at houses over the internet. We came in town Monday then we found out her mother was very sick. She was unable to help look at any house. We understand, not sure what to do we called our realtor here in Virginia who put out a help request for us. We were devastated spending a lot of money on airfare, car rental and a hotel for 5 days. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Patricia Vosburgh of Vosburgh Realtors. She was so professional and eased our minds she would take care of us. Not only did you show us many homes in different areas. There's absolutely nothing I could say what the Vosburgh's team could do better. Chuck delivered mulch for my yard the next day after signing the contract. I was provided a complete packing package with boxes, tape and bubble wrap. I was updated constantly. My listing was advertised everywhere and there were several open houses. The was no delays responding to my text and emails. My house sold in 3 weeks! I would highly recommend them if you want your house sold quickly. Complete professionals!
Chuck and Pat are incredible REALTORS and true leaders in the industry. They are great at explaining things and I am trust them 100%. There is no one else I would refer my friends to!

Chuck Vosburgh and his wife Pat - a realtor dream team! Pleasant-Polite-Professional and Patience. This particular real estate transaction was handled entirely digital - Chuck guided and explained every step - all deadlines were met timely and with ease.

From the beginning Chuck and Pat went above and beyond their scope as realtors. They literally went out of their way to assist my wife as she was left to close on the house due to my job being away. They where highly recommended by my wife’s friend who’s also a realtor and they exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a realtor in the Tampa area, I highly recommend Chuck and Pat Vosburg. They help my wife as soon as we found the house we wanted. Our biggest roadblock was our lender company during closing, and if it wasn’t for Chuck and Pat helping us along the way and calling everyone they knew to help us close, I think we would still be in limbo and would have lost some money because of the demands our lender was asking. Overall if you want a solid and dependable realtor that is willing to go the extra mile Chuck and Pat Vosburg would be my recommendation.

I've never met a realtor who went out of there way as much as Chuck to help you. He not only kept me informed on everything during the sale , he came to the house and helped me and my son load items on my truck to move. Chuck also came back later to do a final clean up. You will never find another realtor who will go out of their way as much as Chuck. Chuck and Pat are great people.
