Tina directed us to homes that had items on our wish list. She was patient when we changed our wish list as at first our plan was to downsize. We got off tract and oversized and then returned to our original goal of downsizing. She was also very helpful in explaining to us different agencies and their locations as we were new to the area. She even attended the closing session to offer us support. That did not happen when we sold our other home in AZ. She has taken my calls after closing and assisted with questions. I am not moving again but if I did, I would use her again.

Me and my wife were super nervous about buying a house but I will 100% day tina made the whole process stressful free.
We traveled 8 hours to look at houses in crestview had one picked out but the deal feel through. So we had to continue sight un-seen but me and my wife both felt like, Tina was looking out for us and knew what we wanted.

Mrs. Tina Maples was wonderful to work with. As first time buyers, she not only answered every single question we had without making us feeling ridiculous, she educated us during the entire process. She arranged for us to see every single house we wanted, even while on vacation, she is still there. She touched base with us after each one so she knew our likes and dislikes. She would point things out to us that she noticed, that we did not. Even mentioned things such as when we would have replace a roof or AC unit so we would know those things would happen sooner than later. Being military, our child had to come to open houses and closing. She was there to pay attention and asked questions, but also there to help chat with him to make sure we were able to listening and look. The first walk through we kept him at home, and Tina pointed all the things out with my husband. She made sure she was my extra eyes, and sent pictures. Days we couldn’t go look at homes, she did, and sent us videos so we could see and decide if we wanted to make an appt to see them. Again, she is with you through it all! She’s fast in this crazy market! We knew she had our backs the entire time and it wasn’t just about a selling to us, it was for her to truly find our home without pressure.
